I got the pleasure and privilege to sign this editorial as president of restaurants association.
I love ST BARTH ISLAND, for its amazing and calm landscapes, its welcoming always so warm and convivial and all my friends living there. I love these kinds of magic places where quality and elegance are going with simplicity.
If this association is well known this is for a major part due to these women and men, managing restaurants, valorizing taste and country specifities, part of our ST BARTH culinary patrimony.
This is my mission, valorizing at each moment our culinary experience with all restaurant owners and managers, being the “gourmet ambassador” of ST BARTHELEMY.
For these reasons and for many more also, I am particularly happy to gratify to day of my consideration all these exceptional cookers who contribute to assure pleasure of our tourists in each ST BARTH restaurant.
